Using Client Feedback to Provide Improved Services

As I grow my business, I think it's essential to share some of the feedback I have received, as I haven’t had a review platform until very recently.

One of my current customers emailed a couple of weeks ago and this is what he said “James at JGJS has worked with us from land acquisition throughout the planning process and into the subsequent build phase. His knowledge, experience and collaboration with multiple 3rd parties were key to a successful outcome. We'd highly recommend JGJS."

Drones are a great way to capture the scale of a build

I worked with the original developer on this new build project creating plans for a 3,000 sqft house and when the plot was sold, the new owners retained my services to undertake the technical design. This project is now due to be completed at the end of January 2025 and I am excited to start to share this journey with you.

I know how important it is to gather reviews to help support your Google and other directory platforms, like Checkatrade and Which, but my focus has been on building my local contacts and client base and now I have several projects nearing completion. Its great to be able to start to talk about them and how I have worked with the clients throughout the build, right from conception through to the handover from the contractor.

The site manager on this job fed back that my designs and drawings were one of the best ever, that’s a huge compliment from a seasoned contracts manager and I am looking forward to working with this developer on future projects.
