About James Spiteri & JGJS:Architecture
Having practiced in various sectors nationally and internationally, James' major experiences have been within the luxury residential and leisure markets specialising in bespoke country homes, executive developer houses and commercial spas & resorts. More recently, working in the small residential development sector as Architectural Manager for a boutique house builder.
A key scheme that James was proud to have worked on would be the Beechgrove development for Millgate Homes creating 14 ‘super’ apartments within acres of its own rolling countryside. The scheme was carefully developed where James acted as Lead Architect for Ascot Design and curated the scheme with the Design Director at Millgate Homes.
More recently, James worked with Churchgate Premier Homes using his experience as lead architect for concept, schematic and detailed stages on modest to luxury homes, delivering stand-out schemes.
Having been a registered limited company since 2009, JGJS:Architecture has produced a wealth of quality projects of various sizes. Originality is what drives at the core of all JGJS work and aids in the delivery of the client brief as cohesive and effective design solution.
